Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how Ascend Systems handles payments, cancellations, and refunds for services purchased through our website, checkout pages, proposals, invoices, or related service agreements.
1. General Policy
Due to the nature of digital, consulting, strategic, marketing, automation, setup, and custom business services, refunds are limited.
By purchasing services from Ascend Systems, you acknowledge that work may begin shortly after payment, including consultation, planning, setup, system configuration, communication, research, project preparation, or platform allocation.
2. Setup Fees and Initial Project Payments
Unless otherwise stated in writing, setup fees, onboarding fees, implementation fees, and initial project payments are non-refundable once work has started or resources have been allocated.
This includes, without limitation:
- CRM setup;
- automation setup;
- funnel or landing page work;
- form or calendar integration;
- AI-related system configuration;
- lead pipeline setup;
- business system customization;
- strategy or implementation sessions.
3. Monthly Services and Subscription-Based Services
If you are enrolled in a monthly service, recurring plan, or subscription:
- billing will continue according to the agreed billing cycle unless canceled;
- cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to ascendsystems2026@gmail.com;
- cancellation becomes effective at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise agreed in writing;
- no partial or prorated refunds are guaranteed for unused time within a billing cycle.
4. Client Delays or Non-Participation
Refunds will not be issued due to delays caused by the client, including failure to provide:
- access credentials;
- approvals;
- content;
- business information;
- feedback;
- required assets;
- timely communication.
If a project is delayed because the client becomes unresponsive or fails to cooperate, Ascend Systems reserves the right to pause, reschedule, close, or otherwise manage the project at its discretion.
5. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you have a concern about a payment, you agree to contact us first at ascendsystems2026@gmail.com to attempt a good-faith resolution before initiating a chargeback or dispute.
Unauthorized or abusive chargebacks may be considered a breach of our terms and may result in suspension of services, termination of access, or collection efforts where permitted by law.
6. Exceptional Refunds
Any refund issued outside this policy is entirely at our sole discretion and does not create an obligation to issue future refunds in similar circumstances.
7. Custom Agreements Control
If you have a signed proposal, service agreement, invoice, statement of work, or contract with specific refund or cancellation terms, those specific terms will control over this general website policy.
